BandLogicTerms of Service
These Terms govern your use of BandLogic ("the Service"), an AI-powered IELTS practice tool available on the web and as an Android app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BandLogic.
1. Not affiliated with the official IELTS test
BandLogic is an independent practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, Cambridge Assessment English, or any official IELTS organisation. "IELTS" is a trademark of its respective owners and is used here only to describe the exam BandLogic helps you prepare for.
2. AI-generated scores are estimates
Band scores, feedback, and corrections are produced by artificial intelligence for practice purposes only. They are estimates and are not official IELTS results. They do not guarantee, predict, or reflect the score you will receive on the real exam. Do not rely on them for any official or high-stakes decision.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use BandLogic. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or overload the Service; attempt to bypass usage limits, payments, or security; scrape, copy, or resell our content; reverse-engineer the Service; share your account; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the audio, essays, and answers you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content (including sending it to our AI providers) solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments, subscriptions & refunds
Some features require a paid plan or one-time purchase (including "Remove Ads"). Prices are shown before purchase. Paid plans provide the stated allowance for the stated period. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. For any billing question or refund request, contact us (below).
7. Advertising
Free-tier users may see advertisements. Pro subscribers and users who purchase "Remove Ads" do not. Ads are served by third parties who may use cookies/identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
BandLogic, its branding, software, and original content are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own IELTS preparation only.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any exam outcome, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
You may stop using BandLogic and delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Deleting your account removes your associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
